With her alluring ethnic looks and hard to pronounce name, you’d assume Chuti Tiu hails from an exotic land. But you’d be wrong since the former Miss Illinois pageant winner was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You can’t get more middle America than that, even if Chuti evokes more hard men than heartland. Boasting Filipina and Spanish genes, this dark-haired doll is sure to tighten your jeans! After she received her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University, the brainy beauty was cast as the lead in Sally Field’s directorial debut Beautiful (2000). Ms. Tiu also took on TV with guest spots in several hit series such as Beverly Hills, 90210 (1998), The West Wing (1999), Charmed (2000), Hannah Montana (2009), and Raising Hope (2013). In between, the boob tube cutie scored a recurring role in the suspense show 24 (2003) opposite Kiefer Sutherland. When Chuti wasn’t sizzling on primetime, the hottie was steaming up the small screen by day with appearances in soap operas (General Hospital, Days of Our Lives, The Bold and the Beautiful). Meanwhile, over on the big screen, the versatile ingénue revealed her range via bit parts in the drama Rampart (2011) starring Sigourney Weaver, and the comedy The Internship (2013) featuring Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson, and Rose Byrne. Of course, we’re more impressed with Chuti’s performance in Pretty Rosebud (2014) since it marks her nude debut!
